You won't be charged unless you manually choose to install the paid update.
Whiteboards can be used to brainstorm, display and report ideas in a visual and seamless way through digital tools such as text boxes and sticky notes.
When you access our app, the whiteboards you are privy to will be shown on the homepage as shown below:
Once you click on a whiteboard, you’ll be redirected to a grid like the one below:
You can always add any elements to any whiteboard you’re allowed to access, but any changes you make will only be saved if you’re either in the Editors or Admins role.

To perform any administrative tasks such as editing, removing or sharing a whiteboard, you'll need to be either the owner or the administrator of a whiteboard.
