✍️ Step-by-Step Guide

Adding and configuring an issue list

  1. Click on the issue list on the toolbar to position it on the grid. You can also hold it and drag it:

  1. Click on Configure at the top of the report:

  1. On the modal below, set the issue source for your issue list. You can select a saved filter or perform a personalized JQL query by clicking on Basic or Advanced:

The results brought depend directly on whether you have permission to view those issues or not, so be aware of the filters' sharing and security level when choosing your issue source.

  1. Click on the Fields tab to manage which fields will be displayed on your report:

  1. By default, some native fields will be already added to the list, but can remove them by clicking on the X on the left.

  2. Click on the dropdown to view the list of available fields. You can also start typing the field name to find it faster. To add a field, click on its name:

  1. Click on Save to render your report. The issue list will be displayed as below:

Resizing an issue list

  1. Click on the report to select it:

  1. Click and hold the squares on the corner and drag outward to increase the size of the report and inward to decrease it:

  1. You can also increase only the issue list width by clicking, holding and dragging a side:

Adding a border

  1. Click on the report to select it:

  1. Click on the border icon to add. A border on the default color and size will be added to your report:

  1. To personalize it, click on the chevron down and select the desired color and size:

Refreshing one or more reports

  1. Click on the report to select it:

  1. Click on Refresh on the bar to reload that single report:

  1. If you wish to refresh all the reports added, click on the Refresh button on the left of the operation menu on the top-right corner:

  • Currently, the supported custom fields types are:

    • User Picker (Single User)

    • Select List (Single Select)

    • Select List (Multi Select)

    • Select List (Cascading)

    • Short Text

    • Paragraph

    • Tag Links

    • Date and Date Time

    • Radio Buttons

    • Checkboxes

    • SLA-related Fieds;
