Adding and configuring an issue count

  1. Click on the issue count icon on the toolbar :

  1. Drag it out of the toolbar to place it on your whiteboard:

  1. to position it on the grid. You can also hold it and drag it from the toolbar:

  1. Click on Configure at the top of the report:

  1. On the modal below, you’ll be able to set the following configurations for your report:

  • Title (Required): An easy and fast way to identify what your report is about, e.g. All Closed Bugs Issues Resolved This Week.

  • Issue Source (Required): Where will you report be extracting information from. Currently, there are two possible sources:

  • Saved Filter: you can select an available filter among those you have access to:

  • Advanced: you can

    you either select a saved filter or perform a custom JQL search

  • Min/Max (Required): The minimum and maximum amounts of issues that should be considered on your reportdisplayed.

  • Color (Required): In which color should your report be displayed in. You can choose another color by clicking on the square. If you don’t set a color, the report will be displayed as blue by default:

  • Render as a Gauge Chart: Displays the minimum and maximum parameters in a gauge chart format. When deselected, the report will only display the total issues amount.

Note

The results brought depend directly on whether you have permission to view those issues or not, so be aware of the filters' sharing and security level when choosing your issue source.

  1. After filling all the information, click on Save to render your report:

  1. You can resize the report by clicking on it and dragging the smalls squares on the corners inward or outward:

Resizing a report

  1. Click on the report to select it:

  1. Click on the border icon to add. A border on the default color and size will be added to your report:

Refreshing one or more reports

  1. Click on the report to select it:

  1. Click on Refresh on the bar to reload that single report:

  1. If you wish to refresh all the reports added, click on the Refresh button on the left of the operation menu on the top-right corner:

  1. If the issue count chart is not available on your toolbar, visit our documentation on REPORTSto understand how to see and add the available reports to your whiteboard.

  2. You can change the title and the issue source at any time by selecting the report and clicking on Configure again.
