📝 Important Tips:
You When creating a board, you can share a board it with your whole organization upon creation by enabling ensuring the Public toggle on the creation screentoggle Public is enabled. If you leave it this toggle disabled, the newly created board will be set as Private by default.
You can also share your board boards with all the groups in your Jira instance, even if either you’re not a member of them or not.
