✍️ Step-by-Step Guide

Adding text to your whiteboard:

  1. Click on the text tool on the toolbar and position it on your whiteboard:

  1. Or click and drag the text tool from the toolbar to the desired position:

  1. With the text tool selected, start typing whatever you wish:

Formatting and applying text styles

  1. Select the text added to your whiteboard and click on the square on the far left to change its color:

  1. Click on the normal text button to open the text style list. Select the desired style to apply it to your text:

  1. Click on the arrow next to the B icon to make your text bold, italic or underlined:

  1. Choose the alignment by clicking on the align icon:

Transforming texts into lists

  1. Select only the part of the text you wish to turn into a list or click on the text element to select all:

  1. Click on the arrow next to the list icon to see the available list types:

  1. Click on the Ordered or Unordered list to apply the style to your text:

Locking texts

  1. Click on the lock icon at the far right to lock your text in place and stop it from being moved or edited:

  • Anything added or edited by contributors in the VIEWERS role won’t be saved. To understand the available roles and what permissions they grant, visit our CONTRIBUTORS section.

  • You can remove any element from your whiteboard by clicking the backspace key on your keyboard.
