✍️ Step-by-Step guide
From the homepage:
Click on the
at the far right of the whiteboard you wish to edit and select the option Share:
From within a whiteboard:
Click on the
at the far right of the whiteboard grid and select the option Share:
On the Contributors screen, locate the contributor you wish to change the role of, click on
and on Edit Role:
Click on the new role you wish to attribute to that user and on Edit to apply the changes:
The updated role will be displayed on the contributors list:
Important Tips
Different roles grant different sets of permissions.
