Filters
In Whiteboard Reports, filters are buttons that apply temporary queries to your reports. After configuring one or more filters, connect them to the desired reports and enter Presentation Mode to apply them.
Currently, the following filters are available:
Basic Quick Filter
A generic button that can be configured on any JQL query or Saved Filter.
Basic Quick Filters
Buttons that support specific types of custom and native fields. You can filter multiple values in a single filter. As for now, we support the current types:
Projects
A button that supports only projects. Once you’ve selected one or more projects and saved it, only the selected options will be available to be used in Presentation Mode. Useful to display information regarding different projects with one single button.
Important Tips
Filters operate on AND logic, applying a JQL in conjunction with existing reports or whiteboards. Be cautious when configuring a filter, as improper setup can result in empty results.
Be mindful of the selected logic (Equals = | Not Equals !=) when setting up a Basic Quick Filters. Guarantee that you’re selecting the correct variation to achieve the aimed results.
