App Administration

Jira Administrators can designate users as app administrators. This role should be assigned judiciously, as it grants the appointed user the ability to:

  1. Grant or remove administrative permissions to other users.

  2. Manage integrations with other APPs.

  3. Change whiteboards owners.

To assign a user as an admin on Whiteboard Reports, please follow the step-by-step guide:

  1. Under the Apps tab on Jira menu, click on the three dots on Whiteboard Reports and on Apps settings:

  1. To designate a user as app administrator, click on the Admins field and start typing the user you wish to grant this permission to:

  1. Click on the user and on Add:

  1. To remove an admin, click on the X next to the user and confirm the operation:
