You’ll need to be at least in the VIEWERS role to perform the following actions.

Step-by-Step guide

From the homepage

  1. Click on and on Clone:

  1. By default, the whiteboard will be cloned with the prefix Copy of, the full name and description of the original whiteboard, as well as the default role. You can change them before cloning:

  1. A message will be displayed on the bottom-left corner and the cloned whiteboard will be displayed on the list right after:

From within the whiteboard

  1. Click on and on Clone:

  1. By default, the whiteboard will be cloned with the prefix Copy of, the full name and description of the original whiteboard. You can change them before cloning:

  1. A notification will be displayed on the bottom-left to indicate the whiteboard was successfully cloned:

  1. You can click on its key to be redirected to the cloned board or click on Back on the top-left and locate it on the homepage.

Important Tips

  • A whiteboard name cannot be empty and must be unique:

  • Users need to be at least in the VIEWERS role to clone whiteboards.
