Contributors are users that can either view, edit or manage your whiteboards. By appointing those users, they’ll be able to dynamically collaborate with your work.

Click on the
at the far right of the whiteboard you wish to edit and select the option Share:
On the window below, you can see the default role for your whiteboard, as well as the individual roles for contributors manually added:
