✍️ Step-by-Step guide

  1. Locate the pie chart icon on the toolbar:

  1. Drag it out of the toolbar to place it on your whiteboard:

  1. Click on Configure at the top of the report:

  1. On the modal below, you’ll be able to set the following configurations for your report:

  • Title (Optional): An easy and fast way to identify what your report is about, e.g. All Closed Bugs.

  • Issue Source (Required): Where will you report be extracting information from. Currently, there are two possible sources:

    • Saved Filter: you can select an available filter among those you have access to:

    • Advanced: you can perform a custom JQL search to bring more specific and complex results:

  • Statistic Source (Required): The criteria that will be used to categorize and sort out the results, e.g. assignee or issue type.

The results brought depend directly on whether you have permission to view those issues or not, so be aware of the filters' sharing and security level when choosing your issue source.

  1. After filling all the information, click on Save to render your report:

  1. The pie chart will be displayed as below:

  1. To resize your report, select it and hold and drag the corner outward or inward:

  1. You can also see the issues for each criteria on the issue search by clicking on their name on the list:

(lightbulb) Important Tips

  1. If the pie chart is not available on your toolbar, visit our documentation on REPORTS to understand how to see and add the available reports to your whiteboard.

  2. You can change the title, issue source and statistic type at any time by selecting the report and clicking on Configure again.

  3. If your chart has more than seven divisions, they’ll be displayed as Others.
