✍️ Step-by-Step:

  1. Access the homepage by navigating to “Apps” and clicking on “Advanced Columns”.

  2. Select a board by clicking on its name on the homepage:

  • From the column management:

  1. Within the board, click on “Manage Columns” on the top-right corner:

  1. Once the modal has opened, click on “Remove columns” to see all the columns available in your board:

  1. On the “Remove columns” section, select all the columns you wish to remove from the board and click on “Remove”:

  • From the column’s operations:

  1. Click on the (blue star) icon at the top-left corner of the column you wish to remove and click on the “Remove” option right after:

  1. Once the confirmation message appears, click on “Remove” to confirm it:

📝 Important Tips:

  • Removing a column from a board will not delete it from the system, it will only take it away from the board. If you’ve removed a column by accident or wish to see it again in your board, click on “Manage Columns” and add it from the available columns on the list. Visit our documentation on ADDING EXISTING COLUMNS TO DYNAMIC BOARDS for further reference.

  • To be able to remove or add columns, you must be a board administrator.

  • Prefer to use the “Manage Columns” option when you want to remove more than one column at the same time.
