Labels

Everything related to Labels is the same for Boards and Columns; they are identical for both.

​ Step-by-Step:

1. Access the homepage by navigating to “Apps” and clicking on “Advanced Columns”:

2. Click on “Create Board” in the top-right corner:

3. A window will be shown like the one below, then click on Labels:

4. A window will be shown like the one below:

5. Select the existing labels you want to add to your board/column.

6. Confirm your action(Create, Edit or Clone).

7. To create a new label, click on "Create new label."

8. Enter the name and choose the desired color, then click in “Create”.

9. To edit a label, click on the icon next to the selected label.

10. Enter the name and choose the desired color, then click in “Save”.

Important Tips:

• Filling required fields is mandatory to create a new board. To avoid duplication, consider choosing an unique name for your board. If you leave the field “Name” blank or choose a name that is already in use, a message will be displayed according to the situation:

• Only the creators of the label can edit the labels.

• If there is a label that is not being used by any board or column, it will be removed as soon as the modal is closed.
