Contributors are users that can either view, edit or manage your whiteboards. By appointing those users, they’ll be able to dynamically collaborate with your work.

To see who can view, edit or manage your whiteboard, follow the step-by-step guide:

  1. Click on the (blue star) at the far right of the whiteboard you wish to edit and select the option Share:

  1. On the window below, you can see every contributor and their roles. To add a new contributor, click on the Add Contributors button at the top-right corner:

  1. On the Add Contributors modal, start typing the user you wish to add and click on their name to select them. You can also select one of the three available roles:

  1. Once you’ve set up, click on Add to include the user as a contributor to your whiteboard. They will be displayed on the previous modal:
