Click on the ☰ in at the top-right corner of the list of options , then click and on 'Import from CSV'.:

A modal will open. On this screen you will have to choose a CSV file by clicking on ‘Choose a file’. You can also choose the CSV delimiter of your CSV file. At this point, click on the 'Next' button.
On the next screen, you must choose which column you want to import. To do this, click on the 'Choose a column' selection field and select a column. After that, the options will be loaded.
At this point, select which options you want to import by clicking on the checkboxes for the respective options.
After selecting the options you want to import, click on 'Import Options'.

📝 Important Tips

if the delimiter is invalid, the ',' character will be adopted.

Duplicate options in the CSV file will be removed automatically.

If you try to export an existing option, it will be blocked and cannot be selected.
Once the modal below has opened, click on ‘Choose File’ to upload a CSV. You can change your delimiter by typing it on the ‘CSV Delimiter’ field:

On the screen below, select which column you wish to import from and select all options that apply:

Click on Import Options to finish the importation process and make the newly imported options available on your custom field.

📝 Important Tips
If you choose an invalid delimiter, the comma ',' will be set by default.
Duplicate options will be automatically ignored when importing a CSV file.
Existing Options will be shown as non-selectable options during the importation process.
All options are selected by default after selecting a column, but you can remove them by deselecting the corresponding checkboxes.
