This is the main page of the app. On this page projects , project administrators can manage existing options, create new ones, reorder via drag and drop and more!

the custom fields that are associated to their projects. They can edit, remove, reorder and disable options, import a CSV file with new options or export all the options from their custom fields.

The fields currently supported are:

  1. Select-List (Single Choice);

  2. Select-List (Multiple Choice);

  3. Select-List (Cascading);

  4. Radio Button;

  5. Checkboxes;

⭐ Permissions

In order to configure custom fields related associated to the your project, you must be either a PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR or JIRA a Jira ADMINISTRATOR.

Projects administrators Administrators can only manage custom fields that have been already mapped to their project. You can find If you need more information on how to map custom fields to projects hereon this procedure, visit our documentation on ASSOCIATING CUSTOM FIELDS TO PROJECTS.

✍️ Step-by-Step guide

  1. First, click on 'Project Settings' Click on ‘Project Settings’ at the bottom-left of your project.project’s side bar:

  1. At the end of the project settings' left menu, you will find the Apps section, there you can find and select “Option Manager

  1. At the top of the page, the mapped custom fields for the project will be listed. Select the desired custom field.

  1. A list containing all of the custom field’s options will be displayed.

  1. Navigate to the Apps section on your project settings and click on Option Manager:

  1. A mapped custom field will be selected by default. You can see which custom fields are mapped to your project and switch between them by clicking on theirs tabs:
