✍️ Step-By-Step Guide
From the homepage:
Click on the
at the far right of the whiteboard you wish to edit and select the option Share:

From within a whiteboard:
Click on the
at the far right of the whiteboard grid and select the option Share:

On the Contributors screen, you can view what is the default role set for that whiteboard:

Click on the Default Role field to see the available default roles:
...
You can switch the default role by selecting another one on the list, but keep in mind that each role grant a different set of permissions, and users might end up with no permissions at all on the current whiteboard.
Important Tips
Changing the default role will automatically remove any manually added contributors.
When the default role is set do ADMINS, you won’t be able to manually add contributors.
