Jira Administrators can appoint users to administer the Whiteboard Reports app. Be mindful of whom will be indicated as an app admin because, by doing this, users will be granted the following special permissions:
To edit the shares of any whiteboards they can see, regardless of their role.
Change contributors' roles, including their own.
Edit or remove any whiteboards.
