On Jira, click on Dashboards and select the dashboard you want to add an Info Panel a Markup Gadget to:
Click on Edit to start configuring your dashboard:
At the drawer on the right, start typing Info Panel Markup Gadget for Jira on the search bar and click on Add once the widget has shown up:
The info panel markup box will be added and ready to be configured:
