Boards are a project management tool designed to help teams improve their productivity. It gathers columns based on a JQL search that brings all the issues that needed to be shown and displays them as cards that can be tracked at the available columns. Columns can represent the status of a team’s workflow but can also be customized to provide a dashboard-like reporting view.
