Boards serve as the backbone of our app, housing the advanced columns that power its functionality. To create a new board, follow these steps:

Accessing the Homepage: Navigate to the app's homepage.

Locating the "Create Board" Button: In the top-right corner of the homepage, you'll find the "Create Board" button.

Acess the homepage by navigating to “Apps” and clicking on “Advanced Columns”:

Click on “Create Board” in the top-right corner.

An window will be shown like the one below:

Enter the following details:
Name (Required Field: Name: The name of the board is required and must be unique.
Optional Field: Description: You can provide an optional "Description" for the board, which can help users understand its purpose or any additional details.
Optional Field: Columns: The "Columns" field allows you to specify the advanced columns you want to include in the board right from the start.
Optional Field: Admin: The "Admin" field is optional during the creation process. You can choose to fill it out with the name of another user if you want to assign admin privileges to them. However, even if you choose another admin, the creator of the board will automatically retain admin privileges as well.

): A unique identification for your board. Try choosing a unique name that is related to what you’ll be using your board for.
Description (Optional): A description provides useful information and additional details for whoever accesses your board in the future.
Columns (Optional): If you wish to include any existing columns from this creation point, you can select them on this field. If none of them applies, don’t worry: you will be able to create your own ADVANCED COLUMNS later on.
Admin (Optional): An admin is someone who has special permissions in your board and assigning someone as one can help you alleviate some administrative overload. Do note that admins can take actions that are usually restricted to other users, so choose carefully.
Once you have filled out the necessary details, click "Create" to finalize the board creation.
Your new board will now be available, and you can begin adding advanced columns and organizing your app's data efficiently.
📝 Important Tips:
In the modal, you must fill out the "Name" field. This will be the name of your newly created board. Also, to Filling required fields is mandatory to be able to create a new board. To avoid duplication, the board cannot be created with name of your board will have to be unique as well. If you leave the field “Name” blank or choose a name that already exists.is already in use, a message will be displayed according to the situation:

When you create a board, you’ll be actually be made the owner of the board. Therefore, you will have administrative privileges even if you assigned another user(s) as admin(s).
